The Unit Owners Association maintains an in-ground pool, rubbish removal, master insurance policy. Small dogs and rentals are permitted. Come weekends or the full summer season on Cape Cod (Seasonal Use Only). An ideal base for day trips to Provincetown, Boston, Providence and anywhere in between.
